Local GP practices across Norfolk and Waveney are working together for the benefit of
patients to expand ‘Improved Access’ to pre-bookable appointments in the evenings and at
the weekend.
Patients across Norfolk and Waveney are invited to give their views to ensure these services
meet the needs of local people and the communities we serve. We have produced a short
survey to help understand local needs so that we can improve these services going forward.
As part of the survey, we want to know the most convenient times for you to attend an
appointment and the types of support you would need.
We will use this feedback alongside national guidance to help look at expanding the number
of appointments, services, and the times of day that these take place in GP practices across
Norfolk and Waveney.
The survey should take no longer than ten minutes of your time and it is completely
anonymous.
Your thoughts, views and input is very important to us and will be used to directly inform
local health and care service development.
