Complaints

We aim to give a friendly and professional service to all of our patients. However if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please speak to whomever you feel most comfortable with – your GP, our practice manager or reception staff.

In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily. An explanatory leaflet is available at reception detailing the full process,

We operate under the NHS zero tolerance policy. Threatening or abusive behaviour against any of our staff or patients in whichever form will not be tolerated. Patients will be written to and warned to stop their behaviour. If it persists, we may exercise our right to take action to have them removed, immediately, if necessary from our list.
